Let IT Flow!

It is so nice to look forward to things. A plan to do something that comes to fruition is encouraging. Depending on what you’ve accomplished, the residual feeling can encourage further blessings, further ideas, and any assortment of high-vibe feelings.

When I don’t feel this feeling of accomplishment, whether big or small, which happens from time to time, I think about what I have to look forward to. If I haven’t planned a trip in a while or cleaned my closet, for instance, than I do so. The accomplishment does not have to be big to remind you that you can have a big experience. You can enjoy your life, clean and clear. The price, as I believe, has been paid.

Creating a space for more to happen, for blessings to abound and flow through, means letting go. Getting caught up in the day to day mundanity or overwhelm is enough to make one go screaming for the hills. Letting go is the way to see, open to, and feel the fun of life. You can do this by setting simple things into motion with thought and action. You can do this to remind yourself that what you appear to have is always changing. And what comes is always from you, to you, as a result of your ability to let go.

3 WAYS YOU CAN ENCOURAGE YOURSELF TO LET IT FLOW MORE

ACKNOWLEDGE THE CURRENT FLOW
It starts with acknowledging the current path you are taking, not in judgement, but in truth. Scan your body, from head to foot. What do you feel? You don’t have to give it a word. Give it a picture, if that works better, or a color. Scan your body to see the current. What are your current thoughts? Are they positive? Are they light and fun? Are they hopeful and expectant? If not, what would make you feel these things?

ALIGN WITH YOUR BIG SELF
Alignment with your BIG self can happen in many ways. You will have to decide what works for you. >>Here are some suggestions<<. Do this early in your day to reap the biggest benefit. I’ve been talking about morning Sadhana or ritual for a while now. It is non-negotiable, really. It is necessary. Everyday it will not be the same, necessarily, but each time you find your way back to yourself, you set yourself up to see the good, the great, the best of your day and experience. What you feel like in the morning is altered by your attention to what is there and your ability to let go of that which you do not need, so that you can climb into the skin that is truly YOU.

CREATE WITH RIGHT THOUGHT (then, right actions will follow)
The things you choose to create can be as small as a button and as a big as a house, and all creation starts as the same thing, a thought. Thoughts as result of your thinking them become thing. Then the forward actions, that will lead you on your way, will reveal themselves. This is law. Right action comes from right thought and both of them come out of you.

It is now the time to create those things you want to look forward to: a trip, a clean closet, or a purchase. Acknowledge the current flow, align with your BIG self, and then create. Create with thought first, and be easy about it (don’t grasp here). Be easy about the thought. Does it make you feel good, great, better, about what is to come? Keep thinking about it, if so. The action steps to get there will follow. They will come to you, not the other way around. This happens sometimes during or after a meditation, a shower or walk. The actions steps come as a result of letting it flow, and not of force.

Let it all flow. Peace, hope, laughter, shit, compassion, water, thoughts…. You will not miss out as you let: good, great, better come through you and ultimately to you.
