Vinyasa Flow:  For this class, yoga postures are aligned to created energy movement throughout the body. This is a faster-paced class. Yoga student should be familiar with basic poses. 
Saturday, July 14th, 21st, 28th (Chelsea's, 1734 Main Street, Columbia) 10:00am- 11:00am 
Beginner's Yoga, concluding with beginners mediation practice: 
For this class, poses will build to an accessible peak pose. Beginners will find ease in simple and effective movement. Modifications will be taught to assist each body type.  
Monday, July 16th, 23rd, 30th (Home, 101 Saint Stephens West, Irmo) 11:00am- 12:30pm
Privates Available: Thai Massage and Private Yoga classes (Individual and Group) 
Tuesday and Wednesday (Location, upon client request) 10:00am- 3:00pm 
Beginner- Intermediate: This class is the for the beginner/ intermediate yoga student seeking to grow their practice through a deeper understanding of various poses. Modifications will be taught to assist each body type.  
Thursday, July 19th, 26th, August 2nd (Chelsea's, 1734 Main Street, Columbia) 3:00pm- 4:30pm
Thai Yoga Massage: The practice of Thai Massage can be done in private or group settings and entails working (with the use of the hands, feet, forearms, knees...) the zen lines (energy lines) in the body while putting the passive receiver in varied yoga postures. This is done fully clothed.  Call for more information and to schedule a private or group experience.
