My husband recently shared a song with me by Beres Hammond, "Truth Will Live On." The movement of the reggae beat and the lyrics speak of rising to the occasion. It challenges us to stand up for our rights. To accept the fact that we are deserving of the best life experience, leads me to contemplate how we evolve.  

The Truth will survive forever. The truth within us and around us will take us to new levels. We will forever become anew. This is the beauty of life. We will live on and continue to change as we do. Never the same as the day before, we are ever evolving as we move through Life forever.  

Flowing through life, this tangible earthly one, is to go with the stream of our experience. This means that when experience comes into our awareness, we can observe it as apart of the all that cause us to evolve. And, with this we can respond from a place of authenticity. In each experience, the truth, which will take us to new spheres, resides.

Once after teaching a Vinyasa yoga class, I was directed by a fellow yoga teacher to consider the volume of my music during class. I was surprised that the teacher found the music too loud. This is not to speak of whether it was or wasn’t, it was too loud for her, but I’d never personally thought of the volume at all, except during the quieter times a class provides, times of introspection. I was accustom to plugging in my ipod and “rocking out”. The idea that music should be loud, only played softly or played at all during a yoga class is one to consider. It is not uncommon for many teachers to throw out musical accompaniment in order to usher students through directions and into, what maybe for some, a deeper connection to their practice. I’ve been extracted. Once a Blogger, Always a Blogger.

It's time to move on. I will no longer have the "blogger.com" chasing courtneyrohanyoga.  I am excited to welcome you to my  NEW SITE which will offer us an easier way to work together.  For what feels like a long time, maybe 7 years now,  I have been squirreling away creations and filing things to share, waiting. It just never felt like the right time, or things never felt all the way ready. They still aren't. But, they are more ready each year.  I appreciate that about life. We continue to grow and become. We continue to follow the bread crumbs. That reminds me of a blog I wrote here called Intuitive Coaching for a BreadCrumb  . It was 2016. I had just moved to California then. At the time I was wishing so bad to help people find their purpose, while searching for my own. I still feel that way.
